Gifts to the Annual Fund support the school’s mission – to educate children in a way that promotes independent learning, supports emotional growth, and embraces differences – and enables the teachers and staff to provide an exemplary Montessori education while keeping tuition low. Every student benefits – no matter the size of the gift.
What Does the Annual Fund Support?
Academics: Supports first-rate Montessori curriculum and materials which allow each student to explore their own personal development in art, athletics, math, music, science, language, outdoor education, and technology
Faculty Development: Enables faculty and staff to develop and share professionally as Montessori educators and facilitators
Tuition Assistance: Provides the opportunity for outstanding students to attend and enrich our diverse student body
Legacy Society
With Planned Giving, supporters are able to provide for TMS through a provision in their estate planning. These gifts are a lasting legacy that will address both the current needs and future plans of the school.
Bequests are the easiest way to ensure that The Montessori School will continue to benefit from your support in the future. A specific gift of money or assets can be designated in your will, or a certain percentage of your estate can be directed to the school.
You may designate how your gift is used, or it may be given without restriction, allowing us to use it where most needed. While TMS is not able to render legal or tax advice, please feel free to contact us to discuss the details related to a gift.
